No Refunds or Returns on items unless they came DOA to your door. If item(s) was Picked-Up, there is no Shipping Cost and that means when it left it was working. I have had people used and abused things and try to say I sold something broken so don't buy if you are that class of person.
If it was damage in shipping, you need to take that up with USPS. I insure the items shipped and never charge extra for that, I pay that for both our peace of minds and so that you can have a receipt just in case. Accidents do happen. But I will not send it unless there is a problem.
I have videoed, documented, that everything I sell is working EXACTLY as Described in the Listing so I do not accept returns unless you can confirm that the item is in fact was delivered DOA and it wasn't damage by Shipping and Handling -- and if that is the case I will honestly work with you to resolve the problem 100% even if I have to eat it. Be able to provide videos and photos if this is the case...
